"Very rude woman behind the counter"

The person working at the post office was on the phone the whole time she was serving me talking in a foreign language in a aggressive manner . She made no effort to put the call on hold or to apologise to me for being on the phone. She actually swore at me when I expressed that I wanted to talk to her. !.
